Psychology Services for Schools

At Michael Keane Psychology, we work closely with schools to support the emotional, social, and academic wellbeing of students. Our school-based psychology services are designed to help teachers, parents, and school leaders identify challenges early, provide appropriate interventions, and create a more supportive learning environment for every child.

What We Offer

  • Student Assessments:
    Comprehensive cognitive, behavioural, and educational assessments to identify learning needs, attention difficulties, or emotional concerns.
    This includes D.A.R.E. Assessments and school / class placement recommendations.

  • Parent Collaboration:
    We work closely with parents to ensure a consistent approach between home and school, offering advice and strategies to support their child’s progress.
  • Teacher Consultation & Support:
    Guidance for teachers on managing classroom behaviour & supporting students with special educational needs.

  • Staff Support:
    Workshops and staff training in relation to areas including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and dyslexia.

  • Special School Supports :
    Work with staff, individual teachers and parents in supporting children and teenagers who have complex needs

  • Fees :
    The amount charged depends on the nature and duration of the intervention and are discussed within an individual schools case by case basis. Receipts are provided for all interventions with schools / parents.
